A word about investing
in breeding stock...
Breeding alpacas takes more
than a desire to be around
these amazing animals.  It
takes time, patience, money
and an appreciation for what
caring for these animals (and
the land they are raised on)
is all about.

It is important to note that
breeding alpacas is not a "get
rich quick" game.  Like most
businesses, it can take several
years before a profit is made.
There are favorable tax
benefits that can help along
the way so be sure to contact
a tax advisor to learn more.

Alpacas are in high demand
yet there is a low supply of
them which has kept market
values (prices) strong.  While
the initial investment is
significant, the rewards can
be limitless.
